Shipping Policy

We ship all orders in 1-2 weeks from your purchase date.

We ship daily via USPS. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information by email once your shipping label has been printed.

Once your package has been received by our local post office we no longer have control of the delivery of the package. We can only guarantee our ship-by dates. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delayed packages. NMJ will not issue any refunds due to postal delays.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by USPS and are only estimates. First-class packages are typically received within 3-5 business from the date we ship your package. Priority mail packages are typically received within 2-3 business days from the ship date. Again, these are simply estimates given by USPS and not a guaranteed delivery date.

If you believe your package has been lost in the mail we require a 21-day wait period before a replacement item or a refund refund will be issued. In the meantime please feel free to contact us so we can assist you in dealing with USPS customer service.

If you believe your package has been stolen; please first, file a police report and a claim with USPS. We do not issue refunds for any packages marked delivered by USPS.

The customer is responsible for making sure that the shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. Shipping labels are generated automatically from the information entered in by the customer and is not altered by the seller. Therefore the customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the shipping address. Sorry, no refunds or discounts will be offered after delivery failure as a result of an inaccurate address.
