Final Sale Items

All personal care products (e.g., body wash, lotion) are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

No Standard Returns/Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in rare circumstances, such as a defective or damaged item.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must provide proof of shipping damage for consideration. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

Rare Return Exceptions

If a return is approved under a rare exception:

• The return must be shipped back within 1 week of receipt
• The customer must pay return shipping costs
• If a refund is issued, original shipping charges will not be refunded
