1. Ordering & Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and WooCommerce Payments
  • Future payment options may include Stripe, Klarna, and Affirm
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed

2. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5–7 business days before shipment
  • Carriers Used: We primarily use USPS, with UPS in rare cases
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $35
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Packages are not reshipped unless 21 days have passed from the shipment date. Customers must contact USPS and provide correspondence confirming loss before any action is taken

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Final Sale Items: All personal care products (e.g., body wash, lotion) are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
  • No Standard Returns/Refunds: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in rare circumstances
  • Damaged Packages: Proof of shipping damage is required for consideration
  • Rare Return Exceptions: If a return is approved, it must be shipped back within 1 week of receipt, and the customer must pay return shipping. Original shipping charges will not be refunded

  • We collect customer names and emails only for order fulfillment and necessary communications
  • Customers may receive automated review request emails after purchase

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Once USPS or UPS takes possession of an order, we are not responsible for delays
