- We primarily ship via USPS, with UPS used in rare cases
- Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on orders over $35 within the U.S.
- Orders under $35 will have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Packages are not resent unless 21 days have passed since the shipment date
- Customers must first contact USPS to track their package
- If the package is deemed lost, customers must provide correspondence from USPS confirming the loss before any action is taken
